Woolph Marketing provides a 2026 Readiness Audit and technical optimization services, including AI Search Indexing, BIRT/CAL Authority Sync, and Access Philly Partner Portal synchronization.

2. The $479 Optimization Fee

The "Instant Optimization" service is a one-time discretionary investment of $479. This fee covers the 48-hour implementation of the Section 3 Compliance layer. All sales are final once the technical sync with the City Partner API has been initiated.

3. SMS Service Terms

By opting in through our "Get Your Free Audit" or "View Sample Audit" forms, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages.

The "Woolph 2026 Infrastructure," including proprietary "Surge-Logic" workflows and the 2026 Readiness Pillar framework, are the intellectual property of Woolph Marketing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we facilitate synchronization with the Access Philly app and AI search agents, Woolph Marketing is not responsible for the internal ranking algorithms of third-party platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, or official City of Philadelphia applications.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
